BLOGGERS FASHION WEEK.

Hey guys, so this post is all about my experience at Bloggers fashion week! Over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Bloggers Love held the first Bloggers fashion week in London at the Penthouse in Leicester square. In this fabulous location there was fashion shows every night showing blogger friendly and inspiring fashion from lots & lots of different brands!

Every night was a multibrand fashion show with jewellery designers, fashion and  on the first night high store street Reiss finished the night with a fantastic finale, The colbalt suit is to die for... There was also a boutique on the lower floor offering the oppertunity to talk/buy /swap with a diverse selection of great brands.

Tuesday was another great fashion show followed by a finale with Debenhams and Specsavers, hence all the models wearing glasses! There was a great range of fashion including a 1950's inspired collection that really caught my eye.

The final night was a spectacular finish another great multibrand fashion show, showing glamourous bikinis and I loved the use of chain and fabric by one designer, sadly I didn't catch their name! Then Girl meets dress closed the week with a great collection from Alexander McQueen and Herve Leger to name a few. Upstairs was also a nail bar, hair stylists from head masters and lots of great brands offering chats and freebies!

All in all was a really great week and I'm so glad I was lucky enough to be there, it was great to meet bloggers big and small and really get in touch with bloggers fashion. Affordable yet so beautiful!

MOST WANTED.

Every girl dreams of owning a Chanel bag and I'm definitely one of those girls. This unique clutch from Chanel's Cruise 13/14 collection pulls on my heart strings.

Perfect for any evening outfit this clutch really is a dream item, I've been lusting after it ever since it hit the runway. Also available in clear both are stunning but there's something about the black clutch that seduces me more, its so sophisticated and classy.

At price on request its fair to say its out of my budget but a girl can dream...

REVIEW- BALM BALM.

One of the many things I love about blogging is meeting great brands, Balm Balm is definitely one I'm lucky to have found. A family ran business Balm Balm is 100% organic, using nothing but the finest ingredients. Here's my review on the Mini Facial Skincare Set they sent over to me!

The set includes samples of their Coconut Cleanser 15ml, Witch Hazel toner 15ml, Rosehip serum 10ml & Hibiscus face mask 5g, all in a sweet organic pouch along with a Muslin cloth. The sample sizes are great if you want to try a bit of everything and you're not sure what's for you. The regime is cleanse, tone & moisturise and the face mask on the odd occasion.

Firstly the cleanser smells great, its very light and doesn't give you the greasy feeling some cleansers do. I applied this using my hands and removed with a warm, damp muslin cloth. The cleanser removed all traces of make up and left me with a fresh face feeling.

Secondly I applied the toner, like many of us out there I often neglect my skin and toning is never my top priority but since using this toner its now number 1 for me! Whether its the toning or the Witch Hazel, my often spotty skin seems to have cleared.

The Rosehip serum can be applied as a moisturiser boost or as a moisturiser, I found this a bit to greasy for my skin in the day but it was great as a top up at night, making my skin silky smooth the following morning.

Finally my favourite product from the Mini facial kit was the Hibiscus face mask. The powder like formula just needs a drop of water to create an amazing exfoliating face-mask. Now this may be a little harsh for sensitive skin, and not advised before events as I broke out a little after using it. After using it once a week for 2 weeks I can see its revitalising my skin and bringing out the fresher, newer skin.

My overall experience with Balm Balm has been amazing, the products are perfect for my skin type and I'll definitely keep up the new skin regime! Check them out here- http://balmbalm.com/

MY WEEK #28.

SPRING | SUNNY SCOTLAND | MACAROON TOWER | WATER COLOUR FUN | LOVE | SCOTT'S VIEW | COCKTAILS, AGAIN | ARCHITECTURE | JADE.

Well, what a week! As we get closer and closer to the end of the month, we draw closer to my university deadlines. In a mere 3 weeks, I will be leaving Scotland for summer with a degree! Alas its not an honours until I complete 4th yeah but a BA in fashion communication, the end is near!

The sun hitting Scotland has definitely been a high light for me. Taking in the the breathtaking view at Scott's View, a famous sight in the borders of Scotland was amazing as I'd never actually visited even though its only a ten minute drive from home, if you ever get a chance, GO!

Hope you've all had a great week...

MY FAVOURITE FASHION WEEK MOMENTS.

So fashion week A/W 14 is truly over and it was another phenomenal collection of beautiful colours, fabrics and trends from all over the world. Here are my highlights from New York, London, Milan & Paris.

L-R  PROENZA SCHOULER | MARC JACOBS | MARCHESA | RODARTE.

Kicking off fashion week just over a month a go, New York designers such as Proenza Schouler, Victoria Beckham & Badgley Mischka showed off their latest collections. A big show for Marc Jacobs debuting Kendal Jenner on her first runway show and Rodarte got a lot of stick for using star wars prints, but that was one of my favourite shows of NYFW.

L-R VIVIENNE WESTWOOD | ERDEM | BURBERRY PRORSUM | PETER PILOTTO.

London fashion week is always special to me, as well as being the capital of the UK its the capital of the most cutting edge and unique designers, in my eyes. Vivienne Westwood, always a favourite showed classic tailoring with splashes of Tartan & velvet whilst Burberry Prorsum kept it classic with a twist of colour print.

L-R MOSCHINO | GUCCI | D&G | PUCCI.

Pucci, Moschino and D&G are amoung some of my favourite collections at Milan fashion week. Of course it was Jemery Scott's first collection for Moschino and quite a collection it was! With colourful slogans and the an interesting mix of fabrics it was the perfect collaboration between with the fashion house and Scott, I'm looking forward to seeing next season already!

L-R MIU MIU | CHANEL | VALENTINO | MCQUEEN

Last but definitely not last Paris fashion week, possibly my favourite of all. One of my favourite designers Valentino, kept it classic, dark and whimsical following on well from their last season's collection. Chanel's show was as extravagant as always, setting the scene in their supermarket. models strutted their stuff whilst browsing the shelves, their basket themes handbags were so cute & amazing!
