OUTFIT- FESTIVAL VIBES.

HAT- H&M
CUTESY FLORAL TOP- H&M
LEATHER SKIRT- VINTAGE
SHOES- NEW LOOK

Happy Tuesday evening everyone! This week is full of amazing-ness as tomorrow the boyfriend and I are off to Glastonbury!!!! Excuse the instagrams, the tweets and the facebook status's guys because I can barely contain my excitement!! :)

Today's look is festival inspired while also being wearable in the city. The hat and the off-the-shoulder top scream festival yet the skirt and the chunky sandals are bang on trend and perfect for summer. I wanted to do this look to show a mix-mash of the the festival trend and by just taking aspects of a trend you can still bring it into an everyday look!

The hat and the top were last minute purchases for Glasto yesterday from H&M. As I have no money & 1 H&M voucher for £30 I found myself bargain hunting in there and was pretty happy with my purchases. The hat was only £5 in the sale which is great, I normally don't suit hats but I think/hope this one does & the top was an astounding £4 and it wasn't even in the sale, gotta love H&M!

What's your must have festival fashion item?

OUTFIT- COLOUR.

 PRINTED TOP- TOPSHOP
SKIRT- ALEX'S ATTIC
SANDALS- NEW LOOK
NECKLACE- PRIMARK
GOLD HOOPS- TOPSHOP

Evening all! This post features one of my newest purchases, the tropical top from Topshop. Brought just yesterday in the sale I used the very last of my pennies to buy it & it was worth it. I love the bright colours and bold print contrasting a sportswear like neck with high slits and draping long back, I think its rather an unusual design and I think that's why I like it soooo much.

I teamed it with a blue midi leather skirt which I think accentuates the blue found in the print adding a touch more colour and excitement. The skirt is a vintage piece that is going to be sold in a new family vintage business called Alex's Attic, coming soon! So keep your eyes peeled as I shall be featuring clothes from the business, give aways and more!

I added a bit of bling with gold jewellery, the chunky Primark statement necklace is a great find at £4 and I feel it compliments the sport-like-neck and the bold print perfectly!

NAILED IT- GRAFFITI PAINT.

Happy Friday everyone, hope your enjoying the sunny weather if its were you are like it is me! This weeks NAILED IT is inspired by Celine S/S 2014, pictures above. A collection featuring monochrome with splashes of primary colours on beautifully constructed summer garments, I love the bold, abstract pattern and I came over all inspired while looking through their catwalk images on the British Vogue site and decided to try and give it a go to re-create this amazing print!

Using my Barry M in Matt white I painted several layers of white as my base colour, creating a blanc canvas ready for a splash of colour. I then added the black, also Barry M I used a sponge as I wanted the black and the white to be the dominant colours as the Celine intending.

After both coats had dried I dashed cobalt and burgundy across my fingers in an artistic manner, of course! I used my Artistix duo polish from models own in Betty blue and another Barry M colour, Raspberry.

These nails were easy and one of the most fun to create, each nails is unique which I love. My only regret is maybe I applied to much black, but there's always next time!

If you give them a go, let me know how you get on below!

GRADUATE FASHION WEEK.

Hey guys so I must apologise for the total lateness of this post & the quality of photos my camera ran out of batteries and my trusty iPhone let me down this time, so apologies all round!

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be backstage with Northbrook college, my old college back home in sunny Sussex. Graduate fashion week is a great platform for newly graduated students to show off their debut collection to the fashion elite. Most universities in the UK take part in a run way show and an exhibition space is provided to showcase the best of the best and lure in new potential students.

I was helping out backstage and managed to grab a few snaps before the storm, sorry there's not a great deal, for anyone who has ever been backstage you'll understand!

The collections were beautiful, innovative and fun just like always and the show ran very smoothly. The exhibitions running through the Truman brewery, a new location for GFW had an idustrial feel but i found the layout quite a maze and didn't feel as welcoming as earls court all though the location in brick lane is fashionista heaven.

For images of all the collections and shows check out GFW online and check out the new rising talent!

CROPPED TEE- PRIMARK
PRINTED CULOTTES- PRIMARK
SANDALS- TOPSHOP
NECKLACES- TOPSHOP & H&M
HOOP EARRINGS- TOPSHOP
SUNGLASSES- RAYBAN

Evening all! Without even realising this outfit is a wholeee lotta Primark , so apologies about that but I'm loving the bargain high street store this summer!

Firstly lets start with the cullotes, now for those who aren't sure what these are they like a mix between a midi skirt and shorts perfect for summer as there light, airy and mega comfortable and a plus no flashing, yay! I brought these a while ago in a mega Primark haul and just getting round to wearing them now, haul post to follow. I love the bright, bold tribal print, just the right amount of jazzy print to cheer up anyone's day.

I teamed it with a trusty boyfriend crop also from Primark, brought last year at £4 if I
remember correctly, absolute bargain it goes great with anything and everything, an absolute wardrobe staple of mine.

How would you wear these cullottes?

Til next time..

KIMONO- H&M
SANDALS- NEW LOOK

RINGS- VINTAGE, H&M & ZOO

Evening everyone, what a beautiful day we've had down south today! The sun was shining and it was a great opportunity to crack out this gem of a co-ord I've been waiting to wear since foreverrrrr...

I love the monochrome leaf print on this two piece but it is quite revealing & if like me you want to cover up a little more than a sheer kimono is great. This long length one from H&M is perfect for any occasion, from poolside to everyday.

Styling this look with coral nails, bright jewellery and pinky lipstick breathes life into monochrome updating the trend.
